Golden girl
TEEN Amy Lindsay made her debut in the adult tae kwon do circuit at the British Championships for UKTC and came away with a gold medal and is now UK champion in the adult black belt sparring lightweight division in UKTC.
The 18-year-old Lockerbie lass was nervous for her first competition in the adult section but fought well and beat a member of Team Scotland in the final. She also won a silver in patterns when she was beaten by an established member of Team Scotland at the event in Edinburgh
