Waiting game for De Luca

A STINT in the sin bin was handed out to Lockerbie’s Nick de Luca during the Wales-Scotland game on Sunday.

The centre was sent off for a professional foul against Jonathan Davies during the second half of the match at the Millennium Stadium.

It was just one too many mishaps for the Scottish side, which enabled the hosts to achieve a 27-13 win.

Former Lockerbie Academy student De Luca, who plays for Edinburgh, now has to wait a week to find out if he has made the starting squad for the home game against France on February 26.
